Meeting Schedules

Check the Calendar page for meeting times and locations. During the season the chapter will host meetings twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays. Meetings are held in the party room at Chester's Hamburgers, 1006 NE Loop 410 (at N. New Braunfels). The meeting starts at 6:30 PM, and lasts about an hour.

Game Schedules

Scheduling is done online using ArbiterSports.com. Logon at www.arbitersports.com to set your availability, accept game assignments, and check your game schedule. Once you have setup your availability and are ready to referee, check the "Ready To Be Assigned" box on the upper right of the Start Page. You can find more help here: How to use Arbiter.

In addition to local San Antonio schools, TASO-SSA serves schools outside of San Antonio (Bandera, Fredericksburg, Kerrville and Uvalde). Please let the Assignor know if you are available to travel to these games. Remember, game fees include mileage reimbursement. Talk with your fellow officials and make a road trip as a team. This makes the pay for these games outside of San Antonio very lucrative.

Cancellations

Referees: For game cancellations greater than 48 prior to the game, contact the Assignor and VP of Scheduling by e-mail or phone. For cancellations less than 48 hours before a game you MUST call the Assignor.

Schools: For any changes to the game schedule greater than 48 prior to the game, contact the Assignor by e-mail or phone. Call the Assignor at 210-654-9873 or 210-383-1256 for any changes less than 48 hours before the game.
